We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, product in stock—Usually Ships within 24 hours and 5-10 business days for transit.

Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

The standard of shipping

We offer free ground shipping worldwide on orders over $15 USD. For different countries/regions, orders under $15 USD, we charge a $5 USD~$10 USD shipping rate.

What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@steveandmaggie.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.

Can I track my shipment?
